This notice, under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), covers the marketing site and demo/early-access correspondence sent to us. Contact: info@echomerce.com.tr.

Information is obtained electronically through the technical infrastructure used during your visit and the email you send. Contact details and message content are used to evaluate and answer your request; limited technical records may be used for service security.

Depending on the processing activity, the conditions of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interest not harming your fundamental rights (Law No. 6698, Art. 5/2) are assessed. A demo request does not replace explicit consent or marketing permission.

Limited data may be processed by the hosting/security and email services providing the service, to carry out your request, and shared with competent authorities when legally required. Applicable transfer conditions must be assessed for services involving transfers abroad.
